We get a lot of questions in our office from our valued customers - enough so that we have a reasonable idea about what concerns people most about buying glasses online.
Predominantly the concerns fall into two categories :

- how do I ensure that the glasses I order will match my prescription, and will fit well on my face/profile ?

- What if I don’t like them….and you have already charged me ?

We talked about this a long time ago - both internally and with our customers. We decided in the end, that the most empathetic way to address it was just to have a completely open guarantee and return policy.
Many other sites offer “try at home” amd “30 day returns” - but we felt early on that we had a great product, and we have enough confidence in it and our experience, that we will supply glasses to prescriptions on time, right, every time.
Of course this doesn’t happen in the real world - but it does give us enough confidence to warranty our products and service so that if they don’t meet expectations 100% - we take them back. No questions, no arguements - we take them back.

SO why worry about “try at home” and “virtual mirrors”…………just buy them - if you don’t like them, return them, no questions asked. Simple.
